1984年生於台灣高雄,2012年畢業於國立台南藝術大學造形藝術研究所。創作融合台灣在地文化與流行符號,透過繽紛色彩與多元媒材,呈現出「台風」美學,反映個人記憶與社會觀察。作品常見卡通人物、鐵皮屋、自拍文化等元素,展現對台灣庶民生活的深刻關注。2007年獲高雄獎首獎。作品為國立台灣美術館典藏。
Born in 1984 in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, Ching-Fong Lin received his MFA from the Graduate Institute of Plastic Arts at TNNUA in 2012. His work blends local Taiwanese culture with pop imagery, using vibrant colors and mixed media to create a distinctive “Taiwanese style” aesthetic that reflects personal memory and social observation.
Recurring motifs in his work include cartoon characters, corrugated metal rooftops, and selfie culture, revealing a deep engagement with everyday life in Taiwan. In 2007, he received the First Prize at the Kaohsiung Award. His artworks are part of the permanent collection at the National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts.
